Hope everyone is doing OK. I'm feeling great... a bit zen-like. I've realised that most the stuff I worry about never happens and negative thoughts serve no purpose so I'm trying to let go of worry and negativity and now there is literally nothing inside my head except for appreciation for everything I have. Which feels wonderful. And I know this little Buddha moment won't last.... real life won't allow it to last long but right now, sitting in the sunshine during my lunch hour I don't think I've ever experienced such calm. So I'm enjoying it whilst it's here.

Beautiful. And I must confess to feeling the same....I dunno why exactly, but over the last few days all of the crazy fell away and all that's left is love and joy and gratitude.
OK, and a million things to do and I need two of me, but calm, as you said. Nice huh?

Good Morning! I am feeling so cheerful this morning that lol! some people just might find me a bit annoying. Fortunately I live alone so haven't been able to annoy anyone.
