Good Morning Everyone. 24 sober hours for me please. I will not drink today.
Congratulations to the milestoners today and also to those committing to 24 sober hours.

Oh - I have reached my 100th day without alcohol. (YAY - happy dance)

Hope everyone is doing OK. I'm feeling great... a bit zen-like. I've realised that most the stuff I worry about never happens and negative thoughts serve no purpose so I'm trying to let go of worry and negativity and now there is literally nothing inside my head except for appreciation for everything I have. Which feels wonderful. And I know this little Buddha moment won't last.... real life won't allow it to last long but right now, sitting in the sunshine during my lunch hour I don't think I've ever experienced such calm. So I'm enjoying it whilst it's here.
