Oops missed checking in last night, but here I am on this lovely Sunny morning @ 0915 looking for another 24 please.
Life is a bit like walking through treacle at the minute but no reason or desire to drink so that's a good start.

I had a colonoscopy yesterday. I wondered if the anesthetic would make me want to get high afterwards. I didn't enjoy it like I used to. I am glad. 24 more clean and sober hours please. Thank you all for being here today and have a great day!Congratulations to the people that are celebrating a milestone today!

Been sleeping like a BABY this week- I usually wake up at least once in the middle of the night and sometimes it takes me an hour to fall back asleep. But I have started doubling up on my tryptophan which I take for my depression and bam- I am sleeping all through the night. It's amazing what that feels like!
We finally finished the ceiling on our patio yesterday- I need to touch up a few spots but at least today I can do the walls (white) and then the painting will be done. It's taken me 2 weeks to do all the metal between the screens (clean, sand, prime and paint) and the walls and ceiling!
Going to try to post some pics: Let's see if this works:
