Okay it's official. Body Combat is a bit much for this 46 year old ex smoker recovering alcoholic chubby lady! My face resembles a beef tomato and I can't even muster the energy for a shower! Oh well I had a go and that's pretty good. Herbal tea and my Harlan Coben paperback now. Oh sobriety is just wonderful. This is a life I never thought I'd have. Goodnight sober friends. Feeling a bit run down from a day that left very little time for rest. I feel like the days are moving much faster and yet I am not accomplishing anything. Just not happy with myself and all the self medicating through food. I Am obviously not happy or fulfilled but why can’t I be? |
