9:30 pm and I really should be asleep by now.
The Easter party was fun but there were 50 people or so and I am exhausted from the food, the energy, they chaos. My husband and I got into a fight on the way home and aren’t talking. What else is new. I don’t even care anymore.

I am just amazed at how I can go to a party and not even look at the alcohol for a second. I never in a million years thought that day would come but it’s here. I just don’t even notice it. And for THAT I am eternally grateful.

It’s no biggie my friend. Just a stupid fight when we were both overwhelmed and tired and the kids were falling apart from too much stimulation and Easter candy. We will make up tomorrow I’m sure. Sleep well...

Nice sober day, walked the dogs, went to a movie, had an old friend stop by for a visit, had a nice dinner, all of which I would not have done if I was drinking. Good sober night all.

A late end to a productive weekend, grateful for my sobriety as it would not be productive at all if I were drinking. I sooo appreciate this feeling!

Most airlines and hotels are really good with this if you have a medical letter.
