Hey guys. Just getting ready to head out to the grocery store and pick up a few things. Anybody need anything? Haha.

Yes MITA could you pick me up a nanny, school teacher, maid, chef and the winning lottery ticket. Thanks!!! 
Well happy Good Friday. I am currently listening to the wee on throw a massive fit. Apparently we must start everyday with a fit. SERENITY NOW!!!!
We are just hanging out at home today learning about Christ’s crucifixion then maybe a water balloon fight outside. I can think of one particular child I’d really like to beam with water balloons right now 😉 it’s going t be 87 here today. Then off to buy Easter basket goodies when my hubby gets home, boy I’m on the late freight on that one 😬

I'm doing some laundry now, and thinking of you Casey. I mean that in the nicest way.
Heading out again soon to make my deal with the Gods of Golf.
I am feeling more me today - as weird as that is, I'm happy for it.

I shared a little mem from G/Friday 2016, at the G/F '18 meeting I went to.. I was not drinking by then, but I was living in 'that dark and miserable place' (a quote from a doc) , was on 16 different meds and my brain was fried. The Burns Unit had teed up a specialist hand surgeon to do microsurgery on my right hand. But because of the effects of all of the above...for a while I lost track of time. I shared that on GF '16, I walked (like Herman Munster- pain from grafts) to a public phone and rang the hospital..believing I was due to have surgery that day..which was long gone and cancelled.
Turns out I did so much work in exercising, strengthening my hand- I got more progress than surgery would predictably given anyway.
Thus is the power of addiction.

Punished by the gods today - oh well, better than working. Had a nice dinner with some friends we had not seen in a while. The restaurant had the most awesome lemonade.

Good night bottom half of the world peeps. Sat- 2102....beautiful yellow full moon out. When I was a kid, I always thought, when we were in the family car at night, coming home to our country town from /the city', that the moon followed the car and looked over me....my moon, no one else's. Go find your own..

Good morning everyone.
Apparently that good night’s sleep the night before was not the beginning of a trend - just a fluke. Oh well, I am hangover free
I am back to the 2 week mark today. On the one hand, it is a pretty modest milestone. On the other hand I know that every single day of sobriety is just as important as any other, so I plan on staying sober today too.
I am feeling a little old after golf yesterday. I’m a little more sore than I should be. My left hip tightened up over night (part of the reason for my poor sleep, I’m sure). That psoas muscle complex is large and can be temperamental. I think it might even be a contributing factor in the low back pain I’ve been having. I’ve got a regular doctors appointment coming up in a bit. See what he says.
