Kris, I'm sorry you have to have both knees done. Thinking of you and saying a prayer for you and your knees and everything else you've been through. I'm not a praying kind of person but I know how much prayer means to you and you mean a lot to me, so I'm saying a prayer for you.

Venus, glad you are feeling better.....Neoo, hope you are ok. Sunflowerlife, I love your honesty. It's so comforting to know I'm not the only one who gets angry and irritated by life and all that life entails. The more humans I meet in the real world, the more I realise how much I love my dog. And you guys. I'm really irritated today. I think I'm just tired. You know how some people get hangry when they don't eat? I don't get hangry but I definitely get angry when I'm tired. I get tangry. I'm tangry now and a bit hungry. Maybe I'm hangry and tangry. That's probably not a good mix. I need to cook dinner and have a little sit down. Hangry + tangry =

Morning friends. Been sticking kind of close last few days. Don’t know why things seem so inwardly turbulent after nearly three months.
I guess after ten years of drinking wine like water I’m bound to hit some snags. Anyone else have that around the three month mark?

Glad you're back gabe. I find meetings so enjoyable now and spent most of the day with my sponsor yesterday, helping her paint the walls of her new business. She also got me my new job that I love. Things get better when you take difficult steps. AA seemed absolutely impossible for the longest. I'm still not that deep in, but looking forward to most meetings and getting to know more people. I've started baking cookies for the Sunday night happy hour and I love watching people get up during the meeting for seconds or thirds
