Sadly, last night another friend let me down. I can't stay mad though or it will just do me more harm.

Went to local AA meeting last night, really enjoyed it, the shares were good, one in particular really struck home with me. I didn't share myself, didn't feel the need, but it was very helpful to me. I am glad I went.
