Hey guys, checking on and signing off.
Super super tired. Around 8.30 had some cravings, nothing serious whatsoever, but they were there. I was out and decided to check in then but I couldn't sign in on my phone. I'll have to get that sorted out. Anyway, I bolted down some orange juice and ate some nutritious food, and that made me feel a lot better.
I then went to meet a couple of friends. I initially said I wouldn't as I was so tired, but I let them persuade me. I felt bad not meeting up. It was silly. What I should have done was go home, take a nice hot bath and chilled out. I'm better at saying no to stuff but I see that there is still room for improvement. It definitely would have been better to listen to how my body was feeling and honour it. Anyway, I saw them for a bit then left early. Great to be home now, and great to be able to come on here and reconnect with you all. This time around I'm making a conscious effort to share more on here. I know how key that is.
So thanks.
Love to everyone, especially of course anyone having a hard time. And well done to anyone hitting a milestone, and in fact to anyone riding the righteous sober train.
We ARE strong together, and what we're doing is radical and brilliant.
Thanks

Honestly, I think the only thing you need to do is make sure you can log onto SR from your phone....I have Android and I use the website and click desktop version. I am sure you know all of this already and it was just a glitch, but just putting it out there for anyone who may not realise it is easy to log on from your phone even though there is no official phone app anymore.
You are doing this my friend.....we are doing this together. ♥♥
