And, of course, time to check in for my next 24.
Lucky is going to the Vet in the morning. He needs a good cleaning on his rear end. Yeah ....it's a smelly situation. My husband and I cleaned him up the best we could tonight. It looks like that just could be the cause of his constipation. We'll find out tomorrow ...
Ok, I looked down our list and this was the only cat one I could find. Can we get another, nice kitty, little icon-thing?

Checking in for another 24 from NE Scotland.
Day 11.....
AV had a new approach last night ...... it wasn't manic, it didn't have me going mad for a drink....
Last night it was very calm and soothing ..... it wasn't reminding me of what a wild and great time I had when I had a drink. It was reminding me of how peaceful and relaxing JUST ONE glass of wine would be, it's no problem. You can have JUST ONE and you'll be fine, nice and relaxed before bed, a nice wine and watch a bit of telly. It nearly had me convinced.....it's very very persuasive and will give you any reason / excuse / justification to have JUST ONE. The AV is the devil in disguise ..... ignore it, you don't need it. xx

Oh yeah Shenzy its a nasty little bugger! Really pleased you stayed strong. I ended up feeling quite sorry for mine. Snivelling little thing throwng tantrums litle a toddler!

Sorry about your annoying AV Shenzy, its presents itself in all sorts of guises. Mine is at me all the time. I am enjoying reading books on recovery. I find if I keep thinking about recovery, reading posts and books my AV feels it hasn't got a chance. Have a good day. Tell the little sod to go away.
