Oh yes, checking in for my next 24.
Our son just came in, went to a meeting tonight. He's adjusting to being gone 6 months on the ship & now back home on land. One change from the Ship Life he shared. He can't seem to fall asleep till around 2:00am. And this feeling of " What's Next??"...what job is next to do?
I just listen and give the advice that seems to work; calm yourself, listen, and take the next indicated step.

10:22 pm and checking in from Palm Springs. We are here for s conference and renting a five bedroom house with a pool. Three if the rooms are casitas with a full bath and kitchen, I am staying in one of those. I am here with my boss, and four members who work in my department. When we arrived my team was already in their second bottle of champagne. We hung outside for a bit by the pool, then walked to dinner. After dinner I drove to the store to get some groceries for breakfast and dinner tomorrow.
I will probably be the only one with a completely clear head tomorrow, and for that I am grateful!!

I'm sorry you still have lots going on. Last spring when I had to fly home and be with my mom I didn't have any days left due to my surgery, so I put in for stress leave through disability and was able to get 75% of my salary. It may be worth talking to your doctor about.
