Morning!! Having a bit of a temper tantrum in my head over going to work today. Not going to prevent it but I still don’t wanna. Lol. Will require a lot of startin’ fluid. Happy Friday folks - although it’s really only Thursday in my world.

Home group last night. Was a great meeting. A step meeting so it was step one. Something refreshing about looking at the beginnings. So much comfort in acceptance.
Babysitting Sophia and Olivia tonight. All night. Probably will be a zombie tomorrow but it is well worth it.

Yep Suze food wise the US is definitely a garbage can! Cooking from scratch using good ingredients is the only way around it. It took me awhile to find organic tomato sauce that didn’t have a bunch of sugar in it 😡
Good morning everyone! I had another dream last night that I was back in high school again but at my current age. I HAD to go to my old high school which is a good 2 hour commute with traffic and absolutely none of my credits from the 1st time I did it transferred over so I had to do 4 full years. I said 🤬 you, I’ll homeschool myself 😂
We will definitely celebrate national popcorn day!

Well, I really need to learn how to have a day off without going into party mode the night before ~ gettin' too old for that crap!

That cappuccino cheesecake recipe looks awesome! I may just have to try that.

I just had a WTF moment! I was at Trader Joe’s heading to get apple juice going over my list when I started walking over to the poison section. I looked up from my list and realized where I was heading. 😮 Sneaky hag, I don’t think so!

I do not like the location of the liquor aisle/s here.....the K store.....fruit, veg, bread, everything organic and then BOOM aisle/s of booz. I have only been to one Trader Joe's...can't remember how it is there.

Yeah, grocery store design and product placement is pretty manipulative for maximum profit. I noticed lately my store puts “suggested wine pairing” by the meat sections. Even when I drank wine, I never took that bait because the wine was overpriced crap...again max profit for impulse buys.

I recently got the new iPhone X and it’s so weird that whenever I log in here, it scans my face to see if it’s me. Like it’s looking at me and saying...oh yeah, you’re the drinker all right...get in here. Brave new world.
Bad day at work and under old rules I’d be drowning my sorrows but not any more because I don’t drink. So, coming her first. Then I’m going to get something to eat....then in to a hot bath to read...then watch a movie with my husband.
