Happy Tuesday friends.
An afternoon to chill out here. A steaming cuppa and this chair pulled to the bedroom's picture window. A sight it is with the snow swirling and the birds feasting on the treats I've just scattered about. The cardinals are especially striking. I think this is considered to be powder snow. 23 now and a low of 10 tonight......exceptionally frosty for here!

No, Leigh. They just make them all up in june at the end of the school year. That is great for my oldest. With my youngest he’s still in private preschool, so it’s bonus for the school if it’s cancelled. They love it because they don’t make it up and we get no refund on missing days. They just get a paid day off.

Yep Arbor, this is unusual. I saw 65 for Sunday though. All good, just happy it's not July or August.
School out again tomorrow here too. The snow isn't falling but the roads have icy areas and we just aren't equipped to handle it. So the school districts are wary of running buses I guess. A good many of my work team have young kids, so with school/day care closing my schedule gets wrecked. The texts will likely start rolling in soon, gonna have to roll with it.
