I am glad your therapy and Chiropractic are helping.
Glad for us all seeing 2018 at all. Not bad for a guy that had, maybe, a year or two if I didn't quit. Seven years later my miracle is still unfolding, As is yours.

TreeR- I am always stymied why people do very stupid things in heatwaves. The drive their car - without taking extra water. EVEN stuff as basic as- drink a lot of water, not just coffee stay inside, or get to a mall to be cool, wear clothing that is light, sunscreen...
The other biggie is people who get caught in rips- in the ocean and near to land. ETC.

Mags sending healing thoughts your way love.
IP having been a counsellor and received therapy during my training, I would absolutely recommend a good therapist to anyone. Bad ones are worse than no therapy.

Thanks again for all your thoughts and love. Hopefully they’re taking me off the oxygen later today. Yaay. Be able to breathe on my own. Still onlots of meds but more importantly I’m getting slowly better each day.
