BBG I used to mix the hot chocolate with coffee instead of hot water....when I worked at a restaurant I got everyone else hooked on the idea too; management had to lock up the hot chocolate mix 'cause we kept drinking it all!

Off to the dentist this morning - again. Feels like I live there. After that me and my frozen mouth will be having a lazy afternoon, watching The Crown. Back to work Wednesday - happy/unhappy.

Three year olds are jerks! 😡 I won’t be drinking today because that will involve taking the booger out in public and that won’t be happening! I guess there is a silver lining in his foul mood.

Pity party over.
Am plagued with migraines of late..with a twist of irony, they get worse when I go to meetings. No the problem at the meetings- but me. So being extra vigilant- I know Xmas build up is a factor- a very big deal with my (do not see me) family. No thoughts of booze, that method of coping proved to be rather disastrous. I usually get carb munchies after migraines. So yesterday I went all out and had 2 bowls of muesli (with sugar and cream). This week my little city is heading for a heat wave. Any 3/4 days with a temp around 100. First time in 60 years. Also need to be careful, as much of my abdominal region does not sweat. So lots of water (not just coffee).

PJ, you've been a rock for me, and I'm sure many others. It's only right that if you need a little support you ask and receive. I'm sorry for the migraines as I get them myself. My only requests are what you already do: take care of yourself and ask for support or empathy anytime you need it.
