Thank you for all the words of encouragement. I'm so thankful today I remained sober.
It was like I had good on one shoulder and bad on the other. I was telling myself to log onto SR, call someone, drive away, exercise, do everything I know would help, but I DIDN'T want to be talked out of it. Every fabric of my being wanted to drink and I refused to reach out.
Still today I don't know how I walked out empty handed.
Have a great Saturday all. I'm taking my daughter to a Christmas parade and light seeing at the local parks. Will be a great day!
