24 Hour Recovery Connection Part 313
Remember, dear one, that which we already know:
SATURATEDSEIZE is good enough - BETTER than good enough.
Office politics and power games can absolutely drive someone nuts but you can rise above them and keep your sobriety intact and your recovery on course.
Offices, corporations, businesses will come and go but there is only one you.
Sobriety is for YOU.
Lean on us.
We are always here for you.

Unfortunately in regards to my job, I'm a slave to "the man" and corporation. If I want to continue to be able to pay my bills and plan for my future, I'm completely 100% at their disposal. I'm just another name on a list and a body in the office. I NEED the job, they DON'T need me. I try to be on board with my jobs expectations but I also deserve to be fair to my clients too. Sadly, it all doesn't align the way it should.
This "working" and "adulting" is overrated
You and Venus don't get enough credit. You two are amazing with your positive messages and optimism. It truly does bring a smile to my face, and many others I'm sure.

So many people define themselves, and derive their self-worth, by their jobs. It takes a while for us to learn that we are so much more than our jobs.
The important thing is that we do a good job and are fair and honest - you DO and you ARE.
P.S. Thanks; you brought a little tear to my eyes.
