Mags- nope, not 969 years old. Much younger than 54.
As for Solomon...his wealth would not go astray.
'nother hot day. Going to be a challenge. My little burn scars seem to become tighter, leaden and my arm clumsy in hot weather. Also my GP has doubled m a-d dose- so the tired bit. I have a 3 hour pilgrimage to see a physio to get baseline feed-b on what I can/not do with beginning serious gym work this week. Up 'till now it has been 2 hours walking a day- to lose weight (which I am) but want to get fit- not just get by. So by the time I hit 54 (8w) I will be able to see my knees.

Hi Suze- howz life? Saw me physio- referred onto exercise physiologist.
Hope your plants are okay, Suze. I have 'stray' plants. Off shoots from plants growing in cracks in the city. An ash, a palm, 3 creepers, and another- bayonet leaves- like a palm. Plus mint, parsley and stuff that just appears- no weeds.
