Red in for 24. My Dad is struggling with Parkinson’s and had a bad fall yesterday. We’re trying to help him accept help. He’s angry with us. My mother is sick with worry. She is getting better, though—her medicine for cancer is beginning to help. I am happy to be sober and working with my family to get through this. Glad to be present. Now I’m sure your not gonna like hearing this but forgot hooking up my harness couple times; however, my boss gave me a mental trick to remind myself so by afternoon I was remembering & safety was in 24 would suffice me now as it continues to rain heavily in down town Baltimore |

I haven't posted in ages! :dee On the 8th I'll have seven years and eleven months sober! Yippee! :) I remember so well when it was hard to get seven days and couldn't imagine seven years. |
