Hi Leigh..... Hope you are ok....Haven't caught up with thread yet.. but hoping you and all the gang are ok.
CBT was eye opening.. didn't realise I was such a drip !!
Think the lady is going to have her work cut out with me....She has suggested music therapy to deal with my stuff... but thinks maybe I should listen to the Sex Pistols less 
!!! Mmmmm.... maybe
