Im committing today.
Down with a cold. Feeling like its going to be an ugly one... head fully clogged green gunk, wheezy, chesty cough..fever.... moments like these I fear all the sh*t ive done over 20 years. Unlucky as im on holiday home in ireland.
Got saline nose wash, paracetomol and vicks .
Would love some suggestions

9:31 pm in California and checking in for another 24. Great day at work today, very positive, and very productive. Tomorrow night I am meeting a few friends for dinner, looking forward to catching up.
I am down 5.5 pounds this week, which means 9.5 more to get to my original goal, and I think I am going to shoot for another 6 after that.

I'm late checking in. Tonight was a busy night at work, and I had forgotten to bring my cellphone, or else I would have checked in earlier. After work I showered, packed my bag, and drove to my mom's house, since tomorrow she and I will be driving to New Orleans for the funeral. In other words, it's been busy. But I'm sober and staying that way. 24 more.

Vman, have you tried filling a bowl with hot water and putting a bit of vicks or eucalyptus oil in it and then steaming your face? Rest as much as you can and drink loads and loads of water. Hope you feel better soon.

Feeling much better but my sleeping pattern is still off the wall. Woke at 3:30am again this morning.
