Starting to feel better now thank goodness...but I was reading around the other threads and someone mentioned cough medicine..BAM .. been glugging it like there is no tomorrow... especially at night , as the cough is way worse when I lay down ..

Naughty me late check in! Definitely up for another 24! Busy day today doing some work (not for you-know-who) and it's mid afternoon already! Better put the work down or I'll miss the whole day.

Oh Pebbles the cough medicine dilemma. I'd say no intent to consume alcohol so no need to reset sweetie (opinions do vary though). There are alcohol free cough medicines so maybe get to the chemist today. Just saying that because it can actually be a trigger and if you've been struggling that could be why......mouthwash is another to watch. Can get alcohol free too.

I had bronchitis twice last winter and the cough was brutal. Without cough syrup I would have been even more miserable. I don't know if it contained alcohol and didn't even think to ask.
Thanks for sharing and I'll be aware of that going into the cold/flu season.
