Happy birthday, bbg! Sorry you fell off but I sure as hell am not one to talk. I fell off, am off, whatever, again.
My birthday is very soon and I hope that it's a turning point. I know I have to make the decision firmly and with certainty. It's the only way.
Mish, I'm sorry you've had a rough go recently. I do hope that with a night's sleep the morning light will shine for your better day.

Today was a really rough day. I had texted a co worker who knows my situation and we're friends
300 days sober today down the drain later.
Very emotional ad feeling defeated right now.
I have to add that I did make it to 301 tonight.

Morning!
Haven’t checked-in in a couple days so thought I’d better do it right away this morning. So....hi!!!! Being off of work has been very relaxing but I can tell that the lack of routine is starting to mess with my head a little. So starting today (three more days to go) I am back to healthy living. Going to start with some meal planning and then groceries. I do wish I could be a little more free wheeling and less strict but I’m grateful that I am able to recognize the signs before going off the tracks completely. Progress right?

Apple if any chance you're near the city, Gn'R are playing three shows at Madison Square Garden....I wish I could go to all of them! Last night Pink joined them onstage to sing "Patience"
