Is taking *forever* for the fog to lift. It is tho. I noticed today the kitchen stays clean and I don't do anything much to it. Magic.
Most of the time I'm just stumbling around in the world praying to know my HP's will for me, and generally not knowing what's going on but I feel serene again even after my *oops* situation yesterday.
I WILL hold my head up Bandi!!!

I know my faith keeps me strong. I need to read more of His word. I know you're a man of Faith. You'll get back to it.
I am struggling some still but hold on to my sobriety in honor of the man my husband was. Just feel like I'm on overload. God is helping me everyday though.

Pebbles- if you are rubbish, then so am I and so is everyone else at SR. Just like meetings or professional friends- we support and share and do not judge. Jeez- I would be in life- solitary morality confinement if that was the case. The shame is directed at you- by you, not me. Do not beat yourself up so. I cannot and will not offer great armchair advice on your life....me? Give advice? HA!
I do offer my experience that meetings help me. More for the human contact than anything else. Even the old timer's who , almost trace like repeat their well worn stories like a mantra. It is reassuring they are still there. I do not know if meetings are possible for you..
SR is good of course- post lots- join more and more threads...read, research, share. Empathy, prayers and support to you.
