Although your post yesterday inspired me to reply to an email I've been sitting on since May. MAY! Sometimes a relatively small task grows into a very scary monster and I literally have to talk to myself very sternly to so it.
That being said I consider myself deserving at least one bum cheek on the naughty step. I've not checked in yet today!!! That is an utter sin in my book so here I am.
24 more for me please.
Fear of my health and the inevitable check up won't change if I drink. Weev if you have any joy with that HP of yours send him up here to transport me to the docs for some blood work. I'm paralysed by the very idea of it and can feel months of procrastination coming on over this scary monster.

I read somewhere (likely some cheesy AA literature) gratitude for sobriety today ensures sobriety tomorrow. I can't stand cheesy clichés. I just wish they weren't so accurate all the time. I am grateful to be sober today.
