It's hard being on eggshells at work....I have been through that. Way more than once unfortunately....I think it's a good idea to be pragmatic LuLu. Having your resume ready is a good idea, but you never know. People sometimes wait and watch....they may relax with you at work in a bit.

So proud of you....you are doing this.
Huge hugs. ♥

Hi Mags- everyone else in adopted class. I am doing well. Still have dark days. Not so much depression- but flashback and residual thoughts/feelings from post burns. Life continues. Better today. I work through the dark thoughts by walking-lots. I know WHY I have such thoughts, but some times doing art or writing- just nurtures those thoughts- walking burns (not pun intended) off the frustrated rage that builds- the 'what if's' and so on.
Be well, my fellow Padowans.

Hello everyone,
I am pleased that you are doing well, Lulu.
Can't really contribute much. Anxiety off the charts. My psych doesn't know what is going on. I really, really want to drink. I can't stand the feelings. I won't today, that's the best I can say.
Love to all

If you drink Leshar you'll only add more shame guilt self loathing - and loads more anxiety - to the mix.

I'm sorry - I don't know what the answer is, but I know what it's not.

(((((Leshar)))))

Wonderful to see you, even though you're feeling so bad.

Continuing to pray that there will be peace for you.

What about herbal relaxation aids love....I know it sounds silly, but I have used them in the past. I had to when I had my last finger drama: it was too much for me to deal with anxiety-wise.

Please think about it....it's worth a try before you buy a bottle love.

Love you so very much.

Dearest Leshar, so glad you posted. Hopefully, things will improve for you...
So sorry you are suffering.; sending my best wishes and a big hug.
Hi Everyone,
I hope each and every one of you are doing ok. I am trying to keep up with all of the post....
Snooze, thanks for asking how things are going. Oh my goodness, how I wish for once I could have some positive news to post here. Unfortunately, that's not the case.
DS is back home and doing o/p therapy for two weeks. Praying it sticks this time.
Fighting like hello to not have to file bankruptcy because of mismanagement.
This is a nightmare. DH is worn out.
DS and DIL will have to move we can't afford to keep them where they are...uprooting the children. Changing schools.. So sad, and so unnecessary ..
You guys stay committed and strong, that's what Julyers do!
Love and hugs,
Croutie

Many happy days lie ahead for you, Suze and Nick!
Your story could be a screenplay! So very special and unique.
So happy for you...finding your soulmate is the best thing in the world. You will have each other to lean on through thick and thin.
I know Suze will be a beautiful bride when she walks down the isle to wed Nick.
My best wishes to the lovely couple,
Croutie

Morning lovely Julyers

Croutie, oh, what a lot you have on your plate at the moment. I do hope the business gets back on its feet. With your husband at the helm, I'm sure it has the best possible chance. love and prayers for you and your family.
It brings to mind these words I read years ago and kept. They helped me once.

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit-
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,

As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a fellow turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than

It seems to a faint and faltering man;
Often the struggler has given up
Whe he might have captured the victor's cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out -

The silver tint in the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It might be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

All of us on this thread have been through/are going through a great deal, and boy do we know how true this is huh?

Croutie ~ with our combined strength here we can get through anything. And we do, over and over. Lean on us honey.

Hi PJ
I always enjoy a longer post from you

What sort of flashbacks do you get, is there anything we can do to help you through this. You always have such good advice for the rest of us.

Im going to take your adviceve and do a bit of writing. That always used to help me in the past.
And when Crois told me to get a journel for Ryleigh, it helped me so much.

I love this class you guys have been a godsend to me.

Thanx Dee, i hope everyone is having a good weekend xx

Xxxx
