On my way home. Stopped and bought some apples. Going to "treat" myself by making some baked apples and cinnamon. Yum!
No plans tonight which is a-okay by me. Sometimes I wonder if I'm boring but who cares....exciting isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Well I ended up working late today, so I wouldn't have made it to the ABR show anyway. They'll be like "Hey Shannon, where's your stalker?" 
Mom put on one of the games yesterday ~ Oregon Ducks....I went to high school with their head coach!

LOL Lillian that's so cool! I didn't know him personally, but he also coached at USF and they had him on the radio a few times....when they said his name I was like Where do I know that name from? Oh yeah, he played on our football team! I think he graduated a year before I did.

Morning! Slept in until 8:30!!
I second (or is it third) the motion on sober sleep - the best! Just made my first cuppa startin' fluid and have no idea what the day has in store. A new dinner recipe for sure but that's as far ahead as I have thought

Checking in during coffee break....got a text from my landlord that our power finally came back on late last night
People tell me I can apply 4 FEMA since we went so long w/out power but I'm not going to, for the following reasons:
1) I've had a place to stay that has power
2) Luckily I still have 2 jobs
3) Before the storm, my stupid ass went and spent $200 on all that alcohol....I have no business asking for a handout!
So I'm looking forward to settling back in at home after work...maybe go back to the gym...if I remember how to get there; I may have to Google directions!

Purplrks - glad life with be resuming some normalcy for you. Will feel pretty good to sleep in your own bed tonight I'm sure.
Well so far my day has consisted of some house cleaning and some laundry. Pretty peaceful. May go to the mall this afternoon....get a tea and just wander around.

Checking in. Dinner is cooking. I found a recipe for a chicken, brussel sprout, apple and potato sheet meal. Hoping it's good.
