Hi, I'm here checking in for my next 24. Just 2 more nights till our son, Mark, flies out to Houston. He's working on The Carnival Freedom, sails on Saturday. Ok I am devastated.... Should be coming up to 5 weeks this Saturday.. Just had a conversation with one of my friends who i went out with on Friday night. It turns out that the "mocktails" they bought me on their rounds had vodka in it...I had said previously that the mocktails had triggered me..now i know why. I'm disgusted and appalled. I had even said that I'm on anti-biotics.. They are not great friends but I feel sooo hurt. Looks like I am back to day 6 again... Gutted |

I would feel very hurt, and also angry. Another lesson learnt Like Delilah, I'm not sure you have to reset the counter when you didn't know you were drinking but I totally get where you're coming from. Looking at the huge positive out of all of this - you had vodka on Friday and it didn't trigger a relapse. That is amazing. Think of it as a secret test that you passed with flying colours. I'm so proud of you. Congrats to all milestoners, love to everyone - especially those living in parts of the world that are scary at the moment.
