My husband took my son to soocer, and I went to the Croos Country Parent Meeting for my oldest and then Opening Night of my middle kiddo's latest show. It was definitely a proud parent evening. The Cross Country coach said my daughter will probably run Varsity as a Freshman, which is pretty awweoms, then she came in a few minutes ago and was talking about the pathways her school offers, and said she is thinking about engineering or sports medicine (Pathways start Sophomore year.) My other daughter kiled it on opening night, and they only had six weeks of rehearsal for this show. She is currently in two shows, so theater pretty much dominates her social life (and mine!) My son is playing in a tournament this weekend, so it will be a fun way to kick off soccer season.

Hope everyone had a fantastic day, I felt like it was Friday all day, and was very disappointed when I realized it was only Thursday!! TGTIF (Thank God Tomorrow is Friday!!)

Someone else was sharing on a thread the other day that they were not able to see their daughter right now, and struggling with it. I suggested writing notes or cards and keeping them in a box to give it to their daughter when they do have the chance to see her. You might want to do the same for your son.

Just to share my little cover story. I am open in my struggle with anxiety and depression and so have told friends/colleagues that alcohol has started to give me chronic anxiety and I can't cope with it so I have given it up. No one has batted an eyelid and in fact one of my mates at work has gone sober too and she's not even an alkie!
Antibiotic s is great for tonight though Nic the rest will come when you're ready.
