Between 2 charity walks today, I walked 6 miles. I couldn't do that with a hangover, so another 24 it is! Resting my feet, hanging out with SR and drinking a a tasty iced mint/lime/green tea is the plan for the rest of the afternoon.

Another 24 for me please it's 21:47 I've had a good day spent with family
at a BBQ, They all know my history so plenty of soft drinks & great food. Hope you have all had a good day. If it's not been such a good day then stick close to here,it really helps. Hope all of you who faced the hurricanes are safe. Goodnight/Good Morning to all

I'm checking in early as I'm headed out for the evening. Going to an annual philanthropic event. Last year I went, and hardly remember it, even though I hear it was wonderful.
This year will be different. I'd like 24 more hours of sobriety.

Hi,
First, I'm so thankful that our son is not in Texas this week! He flies into Houston next Friday, his 6 month cruise contract begins the next day (Sept 2nd) on the Carnival Freedom. I do send my prayers to all the people.
Of course, checking in for my next 24 hours.

I'm sorry to hear that Delilah;but she's still in my list. Remember this battle is not your's nor her's! Speaking of which my sponsor was in hospital for couple days & is going home today when doctors forecast a week's stay-that's answered prayer when called him last nite excited. Btw he's got Crohn's which flares up @ any given moment
Didn't pass my bulk driving test @ work this mrg so beat myself up for bout an hr even though forgave myself over & over again! Restarted day & asked coworkers bout themselves which helped
