Toulouse 07h47 Im in for the next 24 hours. Im feeling ok and its a nice day. I think i finally understood that willpower and knowing my triggers is not enough. There has to be real change and things can never go back "to the way they were" I have been trying to beat this crazy thing on willpower and trying to avoid my triggers but its never going to work. Real change is only going to work. But how do i go about finding it, grasping it, ensuring it. Is it time to work the AA steps.... I've always avoided that like the plague - but maybe i need to look into the spiritual side ? |
