First day out of town to attend a school for work. 2 weeks and a few days ahead of me.

Thanks PJ, definitely lots going on here. Drinking hasn't ev n crossed my mind, but I know complacency has been my downfall in the past, which is why aa difficult as it is I am still fitting in time on here, and time to go for even a short walk and do some mindfulness.

My mom's health this past year has been deteriorating, and as awful as it has been to see it makes me feel more vigilant about being healthy.

I hope you are doing well my friend.❤️
