OK.....I never did do an update....I am somewhat hopeless this year. 
Goat and I have been married for just over two years now, and yes, this little black cat had a massive amount of adjusting to do. A different country, no family here (thank God), a different climate, and really a totally different culture.
And yes, marriage is kind of a big adjustment, especially when you have been living alone for over 20 years.
So doing everything backwards, we went through the really tough stuff early on and now I feel like we are in the honeymoon phase. Well, what I actually mean is that the love and respect just grows continually ~ I really adore my husband.

And really grateful to the December peeps who asked me about this....reading some of this agian has been magic.
It's been a lot for me since I moved here, and I don't always feel good about myself atm. Menopause was not/is not fun, and lots of things are mega hard like the cold.
BUT....I would do it all again in a heartbeat.
I have a wonderful husband ~ I am very blessed. ❤️

2 years! What a huge leap you took, Suze.
I love that no matter the challenge, we rise, even when we think we surely can’t, we do. That in itself is the beauty of each of the challenges we face, we aren’t as weak as what drinking convinced us we were.
It is so beautiful to see each of us unfold and rally against each challenge, knowing we will somehow move through it, a little shaken perhaps, but our character and our determination a little stronger each time.
