Good to see everyone!
My goal for today (which I chose last night) is to exercise before work so I need to get my butt out of bed.
Just wanted to check in with the vow that I will not drink anything containing alcohol today. Y'all with me?

And counting. Part of the plan this time is setting the timer to hours rather than days so I can see the time stacking up. Have a plan for a meeting tonight. Welcome erratic, doodles and everyone!
Check out the app "Quit That". I saw it posted somewhere around here. Anyway, it tells you down to the minute since you quit, and it also tells you how much money you've saved.

Day #3 and feeling much better. I have joined a few classes over the last 2 years, but always end up caving when the AV whispers sweet nothings in my ear. The longest stretch was 10 months. I'm putting together a plan and have begun reviewing items in my toolbox that I accumulated over the last few years. Joining a class and being more active on SR is a start.

good day for me. got a lot done at work then came home did some baking then watched some old Dr who box sets - bit of a fan!
Not done any exercise apart from walking today. Trying to start up again bt felt so lousy last few days just didn't want to. great effort teaorcoffee hope you feel good after bike ride.
will look at that app too PC thanks.

Hi everyone,
Back again. I just noticed I joined in August 2112. Ive had lots of sober time on & off Since then. I was a part of aug 2016 class made it 4 months. Let the av get the best of me. I do have to say, it never gets better only worse. I had a week last week. day one again.
