5:30am and here for another 24 hours of sobriety. Life is painful, but I know it is lot easier to handle when I am sober.

Your past does not define you. We all have the ability to be better people, but looking back only delays that process.

07:42 EDT and another 24 for me!
Thank you all for being here yesterday when I was having a difficult, angry kinda morning. So grateful to have gotten through it without drinking. Went to the family party and it was dull but had a nice surprise later on when a friend spontaneously took me out for an ice cream. My HP relieved me of my stress...humbled, amazed and grateful.
