Hi all, just a quick evening check. Closing out day 25 a little tired. An 11 mile coastal hike today but the halfway point was the Pacific ocean so I ain't complaining! We're at Point Reyes National Seashore, one of my favorite places, so I'll be hiking and eating oysters for a couple days.
I'll catch up with all the posts in the morning over startin' fluid. Wishing everyone a great day sober!

13TH- no advice,, but perhaps questions to reflect on. How will this job effect YOU? Is it really stressful and thus perhaps a trigger? What support can you put into place to get you through stressful times? Promotion means more responsibility and accountability (except in politics). How will this promotion effect your lifestyle w.r.t travel time, time away from home, working long hours...? WHY do you think you want this job? Is it for the right reasons for you? Are you passionate about it? I think you can see where I am coming from. Higher status, money and power can be significant stressors on holistic health.
I was wondering how your trip was going, Sam.....so glad to hear you're having fun and staying strong! I had a lot of issues with tinypic too....not sure if you've tried this site yet, but it's the one I've been using lately to post pics: Upl.co | Your 1-click Upload and Sharing Platform for Images, Videos, Music, and More
Yesterday I came home to no electricity.....talk about the things we take for granted! Apparently this tropical storm formed in the gulf overnight and showed up outta nowhere....knocked down some trees & power lines. All is back up and running.....guess things could be much worse than food in the fridge going bad.....mindful crap!
Our afternoon radio guys were talking about how the storm just sneaked up on us without any notice.....Drew said "normally these things form when a hummingbird farts in Africa and we already know about it."

OK guys, I'm gonna have to stay close.....I've been pretty nervous about Saturday and my AV is yo-yoing back and forth with the show that night, hotel, and the day off Sunday. Perfect combination for me to slip.
Hold on to your beard, Phoenix, I'm doing it again. Have a busy day here at work, then psychiatrist, then grocery shopping, then - ugh.
Nathan is doing well.
Have new sponsor stuff and all those issues are behind me. Meeting with her Thursday to go over next steps. Ready to get this finished.
Have a great day everyone!!

We're in your corner. You can do this. Avoid the slip. Once the door is cracked, it's hard to get it to shut again. Love you! Don't let this trip become something you look back at with regret.

Good morning/evening all. Coast fog is thick as can be so no hurry getting out there. Nice because my feet are a little sore from yesterday.
The San Andreas fault, though underwater right here, is about 100 yards outside the door. In 1906, this side of the fault moved 18 feet north in a minute or two, and supposedly it's overdue. Yikes! Fingers crossed.
Thirteenth, I think you're still pretty young so don't shut down your options. The higher you get the more you can write your own check in terms of work. Thanks to alcohol, and issues that led to it, I really don't have that option anymore. Just a thought.
Purps, stay close. You can do this, and love the music too. My wife loves goats. I'll tell her to try that goat yoga!
PJ, good to hear the next step is nearly here! Excellent news!
Bobbie, you are a rock. Wishing you and yours all the best.
BBG, you're always right back here which is great. Takes guts, and reinforces commitment. Way to go!
Have a solid, sober day all. I miss you guys when I'm out of range out there!
