Off to yoga class in an hour. I really love it. I'm very happy it's now part of my weekly routine. Perhaps I'm not destined to needing a winch to haul me out of bed after all!

I don't use this site enough. I tend to come here after I've mucked up rather than when my resolve is weakening.
