Only then can we feel the joy that comes from having enough time to do things quietly and smoothly, and value the inner peace that comes when we do not hurry.

Hello Everyone Here/There. It's 5:34pm and I'm thinking I'm having some hours of sober. No emotional highs or lows, thinking rationally about situations. I can do this.
Congratulations to all the runners today. Some great distances run.
