Look after yourself darling Weev. I know it "works if you work it" and Im utterly impressed you're still going for your work-out truly. Just don't see rest as a cop out too. Sometimes that's just as important.

Ha! If you knew me in my not-so-distant drinking days Weev, you'd know that my name and "good sense" never appeared in the same sentence.

But that was in the past. Now when I look back on my drinking past I think of it like being on a strange, alien planet. When I first landed on the planet I thought it would be awesome. Turns out it was terrible. Turns out I got abducted by the aliens, they took over my life and my mind and it took me a really long time to find my way home.

Now when I think back to it I think, "Wow! That was an experience. I'm so lucky I survived that. The whole experience has probably made me stronger but I ain't going back there again. No way!"

Stick with your plan Weev. You might not always want to do it but you will never, ever regret it. Have a great day lovely xxx

909am in the UK - checking in for 24 hours sober. Woke up feeling not too bad because I had a good sleep. Have a counsellor appointment in 50 minutes and now the anxiety is kicking in. Hope it settles later.

Day 10 sober for me. I'm tired, worked a market last night, but went very well and we made lots of $$$$ ! We are going away tonight and I don't have a functioning phone at the moment so won't be a here for a bit. BUT I won't be drinking as I don't drink anymore. Strength and love to you all.
