Food sensitivity blood work came back showing moderate-high reactions to dairy, eggs, shellfish, wheat, gluten...bleh. It's a good thing I like chicken and rice! And at least it's some concrete data to give me a starting point for diet changes... Always looking for the bright side. :/

I hope your trip went well, Mark!

That is pretty cool they can test for those kind of things, Conquest. Science!

Agreed, super cool they can test for all that. Sad for your food options though! My best friend is gluten and egg free. It can be a little tricky finding food to offer her when she's here. There's a lot of options in this day and age though, more awareness.

Well I'm feeling so exhausted. I finished my work in the morning and then came home. I hate naps and only sleep during the day if I'm really sick. I was in bed for hours just kinda in and out of sleep. It was unusual for me. I still feel super tired and a little bit nauseous, and my sore muscles hurt way more than usual. My secretary was out today too, so maybe she has the same thing. Sucks, but hey, if this is the worst problem I have today, I'm doing pretty good.

Leigh - I hope you feel better soon!

Arbor- I hope the efforts are making progress for your family.

Briar, it's working. We are making some serious progress. But it's far from over. CNN was there today as well as four other local news teams. Senators Blumenthal and Murphy called her as well. But the big thing was that ICE canceled their appointment today. They were scheduled to show up to their home and that didn't happen. They never do that.

Good morning all,

I hope you've a pleasant agenda for your break Dee.

Nice to see a little progress on the cause of the tummy stuff Conquest. Too bad it couldn't all be solved by swearing off brussel sprouts.

Thats good news on the family situation Arbor. Maybe a permanent solution is around the corner.

Continued healing thoughts for phoebe and Leigh with a couple of hugs thrown in as well.

Gym time....
