Neooooo ! ! you stinker. You skunked me on a couple of those. ha ha
on a serious note my H drank last night too. and I became very crabby and I just couldn't say get that darn drink out of the room. But, I sure wanted to. Anyway today is better.

The past 8 days have been nothing short of a miracle. The month of June has been throwing one incident after another at me, but I have not been tempted to drink my pain away. Thank God!

I survived day #1 of my "no tv" challenge. I finally wrote a thank you card I had bought 2 months ago, that felt good. I miss writing- going to start journaling again. I have all my journals from when I was 13 to about 30. Hopefully these will be filled with more pleasant memories but if not, at least I can get all the negativity and doubt out of my mind and onto paper.

In the meantime, maybe add a few tools to your toolbox - a short daily walk, time spent in meditation, a warm soak.
