5:52 in California, and I cannot remember if I checked in earlier today! Spent the day volunteering at a charity event, it was hot out today, and I have a feeling it will be an early bedtime for me tonight!!

Hi all,
My husband's BFF (also in the program) flew in today fir the weekend. I'm so happy for my husband. They just went to a meeting together, and Ken took tomorrow off work. They're getting up early to play golf. So much stress on his shoulders, he really needs this time. I just love my sweet Ken so much; he's a genuinely good human being.
Getting lots of support from our Sober Family in the rooms. Still amazes me, my drinking girlfriends (myself included) didn't connect and help each other like this! Thanks absolutely to my HP for this gift.
With that, yep I'm in for my next 24 hours. Thanks To AA & you guys here on SR.

7.38am in London and I just found myself singing,"Oh what a beautiful morning!" whilst getting the kids breakfast I've turned into one of those people. One of the slightly irritating but incredibly happy ones. This sobriety thing is amazing isn't it? I'll take another 24 hours please
