Good morning all. 24 more for me please. It tried last night. The first mini AV attack. I thought it may come when I got back from holiday. But the difference in my life now compared to 6 weeks ago is like day and night. Not going to happen AV sod off!!! Feel wonderful now sipping my morning coffee I knew I would.... Just want to send my prayers to Kris and Suze and Delilah and anyone else suffering or caring for loved ones. JSM I hope today is a little easier for you friend. Another sad night for the UK. My mum and sister are down in London but thankfully miles away from the attack. Is this something we have to accept as being part of normal life now? Good God I hope not. Prayers for those affected and I'm off to hug my babies whether they like it or not! (ugh get off mum!!! they'll probably say lol) :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug: |
Thank you for the new thread Dee. I have acquaintances in London who are all safe thankfully. Troubled times indeed. But we face these things together and emerge stronger than before. Blessings to my sober family. |
Feeling better today. Yes, I'm in for another day of sobriety. Hopefully a little exercise too. Thanks for all the concern yesterday. It was a little scary. I hope Nick is okay, Suze. Let us know what your comfortable telling us. I hope all our UK friends are safe. I hope all of this madness ends soon. |
