Good Monday morning my sober friends! Checking in from Idaho and am feeling ready for 24 more! Congratulations to all the milestoners and I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Guests, Travel, More guests, More travel. Friends!!!!! Family!!!!!! Fun!!!!! But very, very busy.

Checking in a little early this evening.
I appear to have caught me a summer cold so I need to listen to my body and rest.
This last week has been challenging but I've rewired some neurons by dealing with it all effectively while 100% sober.
Take that av. I don't need to drink to deal with the crap that life throws at me (sticks 2 fingers up to the av).
I'll be needing another 24 hours of neuron rewiring please.
Hugs, love and peace to my SR family.
I appear to have caught me a summer cold so I need to listen to my body and rest.
This last week has been challenging but I've rewired some neurons by dealing with it all effectively while 100% sober.
Take that av. I don't need to drink to deal with the crap that life throws at me (sticks 2 fingers up to the av).
I'll be needing another 24 hours of neuron rewiring please.

Hi all! Absolutely shattered today. First day back at work and it was tough. Came home early and had a nap.....I just had to. Picked up a BP monitor from the docs today I have to monitor it for 7 days and then see where to go from there. The very thought of using the monitor gets me anxious but I'll do it and see what happens. Have a great day everyone and take care ❤❤❤
