My brain is starting to feel sharper; less of that anxious, but foggy feeling. I really like that. Alcohol/early days sober creates so much of my anxiety and that trapped feeling. I guess it's withdrawal. Whatever it is, it's a terrible dark cloud that I never want to see again. I don't have to! Ever!
Love to all. I am going to meditate a bit, have a bit of food and head down the hall for work.

I am struggling to wake up this morning! My body wants sleep badly. I will give in tonight and go to bed early. Even when the sun is still way up

06:51 EDT and another 24 for me! 17 days down and humbly asking for the next 24 hours clear and present. Met with a medication specialist yesterday who prescribed Naltrexone. Was advised it can make you drowsy so will not start taking it until done with work today and have the weekend to assess my body's reaction.
