Good morning SR!
I am a lazy bum. I had all these plans to do deep cleaning and organizing this morning, yet... I am still ensconced in bed with coffee and a tabby cat fighting with the urge to stay here several more hours watching Netflix, and accomplishing Nothing.
. Do I dare have such a wild Saturday?? 
It is raining, and I am happy and hangover free!! 24 more hours , please! Anyone seen a good series lately?

I've been thinking about you/us a lot recently and this tiredness and feeling like what we "should" be doing. I'm trying so hard not to rush my mind and body and as long as the head hits the pillow sober at night that's a good day in my book.
If you crave rest then take it my friend. Enjoy ❤❤❤

. I needed permission to take the day off. That's exactly it. All the 'shoulds'! According to the H.A.L.T. theory, what I should actually be doing today is relaxing. I forget that I am only a month sober, and fatigue is very normal--we're right where we're supposed to be. . It is a great day, no matter what.Have a lovely Saturday, and congratulations again on your sober holiday!
