When I write in my journal at night AND I end my last
sentence with "Same ole, Same ole, " means to me that he drank again that
night. He doesn't drink during the day it's just that happy hour thing at night.
But, I have to take care of myself so, I just let it be. and since I was soooo bad when I drank it's hard for me to say something I was really bad and remember some of it like it was yesterday.

Babs, it was so tough for me when my ex drank. Often he'd start after I'd gone upstairs but it still bothered me. Have you considered trying al anon meetings? Just because you used to drink doesn't mean it's ok that he's drinking.

no I haven't and I don't think he will quite and it's like everything else. He's going to have to want to before he will. but, thanks Gilmer.

Babs, also remember the family and friends threads here, there is a lot of understanding of your situation.
Mr T is a Normie, and only drinks weekends,but sometimes I watch him and worry that he is drinking too much. Some of it I know is my own issues with alcohol, he has never given me a real reason to worry about his drinking.

Gilmer, I have to clean my house today too, I hate housework, but avoidance is not an option today!

I had an occasion to roll my eyes today till I thought I was going to faint!

I just wrote a rather snarky post about a certain oh-so on-point hipster I know--but then I lost it.

It's probably for the best. I have no doubt that she rolls her eyes at my quiet but unwavering tackiness, too.
