Checking in for 24 hours. Yesterday was quite peaceful. A long day but at a comfortable pace. This morning during meditation, I was prompted to reflect on why we never seemed satisfied with ourselves. Its a cause of my anxiety at times for sure. Yet inside I know that simply being sober, being grateful and being able to face life's challenges (irrespective of the result) is more than enough.
Congrats to the milestoners ! Onwards we march building strength and courage with unity.

Granddaughter that is living with us is at the airport getting ready to go stay with her Aunt for a month and a half. Her mother (our daughter) is still living in unknown whereabouts doing drugs.
