Stupid ME!!! I attempted to delete a picture from my phone, and instead I deleted the entire album....including videos of my crush on drums at the show back in March.....I know I should've transferred them over to Youtube and hadn't gotten around to it. Dammit! Trying to recover them.....Eye candy, where did you go????

Late check-in. Slept in a little too late before work but still got there on time. All went well while there. Just got done grocery shopping and running errands. It's 5:30 and I'm already in my pajamas. Lots of work the next few days as I get ready for vacation at the end of next week.

Sorry you slipped Sam, but you know you'll move past it. Slips while not inevitable do happen. Be proud of your time and just rack it back up. You will, I'm certain.

A good, but very long day today. Up at 0400, and just hitting the sack now @ 2304.
Work, gym, grocery shopping, more work. All very boring - my kind of day

Was debating sharing this- perhaps not SR related. BUT it is. Part (actually a lot) of what I do to work out who I am, in recovery is thru art and writing. The volunteer position with the arty place (run by the city of A) - I got it. Small hours- but I suspect by the pd, that is up to me... So getting happy about that. Also joined an online writing course- run by a recognised author, for the same reasons..I have 5 journals, dozens of arty things and an art book of words and images. Time to bring them home.
When checking out the arty place today- I got so distracted- I tripped on a low stair in an elevated public space. With granny trolley in tow. It was a heavy trip. Last time something similar happened I could not weight bear and fell heavily on my knee. It hurt, a lot..Which is part of the journey.
Today I managed- albeit clumsily with the building momentum manage to keep balance and weight bear on the crappy knee. 11 months ago that was not even thinkable. Recovery indeed. Cooking night, stir fry's and pasta dishes. No more lamb- it is to much have to be devoured- asap- without vegies (sigh).
Also did a lunchtime meeting, some real weirdlies there today. Given had 5 hours sleep in 48 hours- and was out 5 hours without stopping (longest time ever since frying myself) doing okay.
