One Year & Over Part 50
Congratulations Least 71/2 years is wonderful. Isn't it incredible when we think of how dependent we used to be and how it ruled us?
FG sad you had to say goodbye to your beagle, even when it is the right thing to do, to let them go, it is still a loss,me specially when they have been in our lives for so long.
PJ I am glad you are enjoying the writing course. I did a couple of short story writing courses which were great fun and yes, we do open up in our writing, consciously and subconsciously!
Happy Bank holiday Monday everyone.

least - thanks. And Nadia was an amazing young lady who got destroyed by political need. Sad.
Toots - fun? Sometimes- as the focus is ME, not nice stuff, it is a labour, but one I am determined to finish.

Congrats, Least! Thanks for being such a good SR friend. For those who don't know, Least is the one that first suggested this "overs" club many moons ago.
Inst, great to "see" you.
Today is Memorial Day in the U.S. Several members of my family have served in the military. My grandfather (on my Dad's side) fought with the Army in France during WWI. My Dad had an Air Force desk job stateside during the Korean conflict. Two of my uncles (on my Mom's side) saw combat action in Korea. One was an Air Force pilot and the other was on the front lines with the Marines. My cousin (on my Dad's side) was on the front lines with the Army in Vietnam. All of them were lucky, they got to come home. Today we honor their comrades that never made it back.
Have a Marvelous Monday, overs!

Good morning, Overs!
Congrats, Least! And Jack is beautiful :-)
FG, sorry about your beagle
FBL, your family has done more than their share to this country!
Hi Toots, Gilmer, Instant, Mags, PJ, Andy and everyone

Hi Toots, Gilmer, Instant, Mags, PJ, Andy and everyone
Ah, least, what a lovely dog Jack is! Sadly I had to say goodbye to my beagle last week as he was put to sleep on Wednesday (long story, but he was living with my ex and had been operated on twice already and there really was nothing else that could be done for him ... but he had a fairly long and happy life so that was good).
Congrats on nearly seven and a half years Least! And thanks for starting the Overs!
I have relatives that fought as far back as the Revolutionary War and the Civil War at Gettysburg. A day to remember those whom gave their life for the cause.
Sorry to hear things are not well with you Suze. Hugs to you.
Enjoy the day all!
